We recently purchased a used 23 foot travel trailer. Being a used unit it need a few small repairs but we were confident the repairs would be done to our satisfaction when we discovered that their Service Manager was Alex, formerly of Hiemstra Trailer. I’m sitting in my friends’ new to them trailer, and they’ve been having difficulty getting the water system working. They called Great Escape RV to see if they could get a service call to help them set it up properly, but tis the season, and it wasn’t something they could send a technician out to help with immediately.
