Sherry and I purchased a Salem 31 bkis this spring and from the start had a great experience. Ria is a very knowledgeable sales person who was patient as we looked and answered all out questions. When our trailer arrived (a Sunday) they took the time to open it up so we could spend some time in the trailer. An exceptional place with real customer service. The team was amazing and we were treated like old friends. Sales lady stayed way later to make our needs happen. The service manager Dan was amazing and kept every promise with mo excuses. This place bent over backwards to make us happy with of coarse realistic requests. If every RV dealership had a service manager like Great Escape then they might actually have competition. I highly recommend Great Escape to anyone as they go up and beyond other places.
