We also bought a 2021 Salem couples trailer. It was $36000 and we aren’t happy either. We took it out for 2 nights. It had air pockets in the floor. Lifting as well. As well as 12 screws about to lift through the vinyl flooring. Also the rear view camera wasn’t working at all. The rear camera was fixed right away. I bought a camper from them brand new and there’s so many issues with the camper blinds are broken they won’t go up the floor is starting to lift already there’s dents in the outside of the trailer screw caps are missing on the toilet scratches everywhere on every surface pretty much inside they didn’t hook up the TVs properly like they said they would there is a hole in the sofa bed The black water flush does not work shower door will not stay shut and many more issues The camper was delivered dirty sawdust everywhere insid... read more
They never call you back. We have had our new trailer for 9 weeks still don’t have an ownership or a bill of sale. Few warranty issues....Contact service department no reply back. Would not recommend them to anyone, worst experience we’ve had.

Purchased a 2018 connect 312bh. Ria told us it comes with premium mattress only to call us back 2 weeks later and tell us sorry it does not. No big deal I came up with the solution we would take mattress out of our trade in. To the next disaster we asked Ria 10 plus times of trailer comes with a tv she assured us yes we just don’t store them in trailer when it’s on lot to avoid theft, makes sense to a month later just before we planned on picking up trailer we get a phone call from Ria.
