Love them.. Dr Ali is great .. I do not think I have ever had better service!!! She removed 2 drill heads left in a root canal 32-33 years ago She and her team have worked so hard to take care of my issues from the drill heads.
MY HONEST EXPERIENCE! THE GOOD: First of all, Brenda at the front desk is the best thing about GE! She deserves 10 stars for her kindness and welcoming smile. I started going to GE because it was close to my home in South Austin. I always had a great experience with cleanings and exams. On my first visit, Dr. Acorn warned me to stop biting my cheeks because long-term it could lead to cell change/oral cancer. Staff took great care of me the whole way. Made me feel comfortable. Dr. Acorn knows her craft very well. Would definitely recommend.
I was a patient here for about 4 appointments. Every single one was either delayed, cancelled outright, or there was some weird issue. The way they do billing feels completely scammy. The last appointment I had was for new years eve and they called me less than four hours before to tell me it was cancelled. I didn't get the message in time and showed up, and the receptionist said they "tried to contact me"- no apology, no ask to reschedule. The staff here are wonderful! Brenda will take care of everything administrative and do her best to save you money, Veronica took my X-rays without making me gag and Dr. Acorn is gentle and kind. I have had massive amounts of dental work from single digit ages up to my 30’s and in 60 years of seeing dentists, I can’t think of a better experience in all that time!
