Extremely friendly staff and I actually have fun there. I had comprehensive dental work done there for the past 3 months and Dr Mark was exceptional. My only complaint is that sometimes they keep the office a little bit too cold. Ask for the lead blanket. 😁
DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR OTHRO! Back in 2022 when we first started my daughter’s treatment I was lied to and told my insurance covered my daughter’s braces. Months later we found out they never submitted anything to insurance. When they finally did insurance asked for pictures and “proof” she needed them. Guess what the office “lost” records and pictures. From the start, they were nice but disorganized and never answered the phone. They moved my appointment to another day without asking. Had to call and move it back.The dentist really hurt me during my cleaning...never had that happen before. Now I have a loose tooth which was not loose before. Horrific experience. Will never return. Beware.
My experience with Great Expression's could not have been better. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly, helpful and professional. Sheryl the hygienist did a great job with a little humor and attention to details. They were thorough and honest with their assessments and did not try to sell any additional work. The previous franchise dental place told me I needed 3 teeth removed and quoted all kind of additional work with a discount if I signed up right away and didn't use insurance. Today I had an appointment At great expression dental center. The experience was wonderful Heather, Amanda, and Sheryl took their time and explained every step of the way the appointment was on time. I did not have to wait and they also offered an extra cleaning. I recommend this place 100%.
