I have had several phone calls with them. I feel that they are extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I found them extremely honest. I have called other pest control companies where they presented the worst scenario. Where this man explained every possible scenario and not just the worst. I found that extremely professional and honest. i loved his professionalism in all my contacts from this company. I have been very satisfied with his integrity.

Dealing with rats in what was anabandoned,newly purchased building in NYC is never an easy venture. We contacted Green Earth Pest Control who came right away, did an inspection and thoroughly explained their treatment program for our building. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and we are very pleased with their service. After talking with the dog handlers (we had two different dogs, for detection and then after the remediation) I have a lot of confidence in their ability to detect bugs and viable eggs, given the ongoing training that they do.
