Incredibly effective, as well as professional and polite. We have had Green Earth in our building since January 2013. They were very professional during the bidding process, competitively priced, and have gone above and beyond in customer service. Their service personnel are incredibly respectful, clean, and cater to the individual needs of apartment owners (kids, pets, etc.). They are also successfully controlling our pest problem and helping troubleshoot areas we can improve to prevent the problem in the future. <br />

Can't say enough about these guys: using non-toxic methods the entire waterbug problem was taken care of within one hour. <br /> Their service was professional, and thorough without the awful poison spraying that one associates with exterminators. <br />

Great company - explained problem of termites in the home and how to deal with them. Came on time, did a great and thorough job and termites seem to be disappearing. Very good focus on long term solution to problem of termites. <br />

I made an appointment of which cost $125 plus tax and was noted on the receipt as non-refundable. I called back today to cancel the appointment since I wanted to take some time and budget this procedure into my plan for the year. Our experience was excellent from first contact to completion. We spoke with Keri on the phonewhoresponded toour inquiries in record time and provided even more detail than asked for (which was very helpful).
