The exterminator could not locate the dead mouse but thought it was somewhere behind the dishwasher. He used an environmentally safe deodorizer throughout the area and recommended I get someone to take out the dishwasher. I got the contractor who installed it to take it out, and they did locate the mouse.
The representatives of the company were very prompt, courteous and extraordinarily professional. They even brought and wore paper booties when entering the apartment. I am very satisfied with the service that the technicians provided and with the attention and involvement I received from the President, Josh Alpert. I would highly recommend Green Earth Pest Control.
Staff was very professional and punctual. Problem with flies was eliminated. Peter was very informative on every level. Staff took special consideration with performing the job in a neat and clean manner. Would definitely use their service in the future. Thanks again for making this undesirable situation very easy to cure.

They did a good job, were prompt and professional.
After leaving my name and tel # in the morning, maybe 1hr later, I was called back. Josh was able to schedule the appointment for the same day. The technician arrived on time annd was curtious and professional. He alayed my tenant's concerns about her cat by informing her that the application would not harm pets.
The service was prompt, courteous and professional.
Just great. Very responsive. I believe they came the same day I called, or maybe the next day. They knew exactly what to do and how to deal with the ant problem. Also dealt with spider/centipede problem in my basement. The exterminator was on time, was able to explain exactly what he was doing. I have small children, so safety is important.
