All of the technicians were prompt, professional and courteous and answered all of our questions and concerns, and most importantly, took care of the problem swiftly. (The canine was also professional and extremely cute.) They advised us and our tenant on how to prepare for the heat treatment and what to do following to prevent reinfestation. It's been two and a half weeks now since treatment, and so far no bed bugs have reappeared. We're confident they're gone. I would definitely recommend Green Earth again.

I called and got an immediate call back from Green Earth with several appt. dates including one for the next day. The technician arrived as planned, wore booties and went through every problem area to get rid of ants. He explained everything he did and I haven;t seen an ant since--even though I was warned that the infestation could increase temporarily. The best part--no long term contract--like another famous company that wanted to charge $300 every month instead of $300 for a one time solution.

Inspection was done by 2 techs and lasted about 45 minutes. They wore shoe coverings, which was a nice touch, and carefully put everything back. They put 2 glue boards out to see what they could find, but nothing has appeared after several days and we're still getting bites. The tech suggested dust mites might be the culprit, but it's a new apartment and we've thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned the bedroom and even under and behind the bedframe. The technician was punctual, knowledgable, and worked efficiently. He told me about the products and bait traps, how to monitor them, what I should do, and not do. He was very thorough, and even caulked a crevice under the woodwork where ants were dwelling.I like the fact that a follow up treatment is available within 65 days, at a reduced price, if further extermination is needed.

They work very well with me from the purchase of my coupon. They contacted me and let me know that I could schedule my appointment at my convienence and I did. I found them courteous and professional. They called me 1/2 hour before they arrived for my appointment to let me know that they were on their way. They introduced themselves when they arrived and worked around the construction going on in my home. I couldn't ask for anymore.
