Company is very polite, friendly even. I immediately liked the person who gave me the details, but at $180 for an estimate, I chose another company that made the estimate for free.
Phoned yesterday, got complete description of service on phone, scheduled for today, placed credit card deposit; company e-mailed invoice, including Angie's List discount; technician phoned today when on way to apartment, arrived on time, did job, and phoned to describe job and confirm that it was OK to charge card on file.
