I would like to thank Ray and Brian. We had our sewer back up into the house . Ray came and assessed the damage. That same night Brian came and sucked up the water. They left a fan and extra dehumidifier over night. Brian returned the next day, shampooed and sanitized the entire carpet. I would highly recommend Green Genie.

Took care of my flooded basement quickly. Brought pieces of equipment and left them in my basement for several days . Then came back and did the tear out and clean up . Also took care of insurance company and getting claim done . Very happy ! Would recommend .

Didn't exaggerate situation. Were able to quickly schedule service. The solution used on basement rafters left them looking like new. Pd assessor fee, Green Genie fee, purchased 5 gal DryLock paint for walls and paid labor fee to 2 workers AND purchased dehumidifier to keep 15 year warranty in effect. All that cost me less than half 3 estimates I got from other companies. Highly recommend Green Genie.
