The staff was helpful and attentive to me, which I appreciated. They were also able to make the appointment fit my schedule, which once again I appreciated. Phoebe was great in securing me with an appointment that met my needs however the facility was no so great. Their machine broke down so I had to reschedule my appointment after finally going to my appointment for my X-rays, I was called today because the tech forgot to complete a set of X-rays and I now have to go back. Very inconvenient and now i’m not sure I will have the X-rays in time before my follow with my doctor.
