Phoebe is absolutely wonderful!!! I was in a panic when the imaging center changed one of my orders at the last minute. Phoebe came through and sent me the updated voucher in seconds. She saved me from an emotional meltdown! Thank you, Phoebe!!!!

LaToya was very helpful. The center that I was sent to was not the correct name on my orders. So the receptionist was very confused. The orders read Mary Rutan Crawfish Imaging Center. But where I was sent was Ohio Health imaging. Took 1.5 hours to get me registered and image done

I have been working with a young lady by the name of Phoebe. She is absolutely phenomenal!!! From beginning to end, she gets appointments stamped, sealed and delivered!!! Abigail did a good job finding a place quickly and keeping me in the loop as to what was happening. I really appreciate that. I’m not sure the facility was able to get the X-rays that the doctor needs to see my broken shoulder well. I will know that answer when I go back to the doctor on Monday. And with that question in my mind Abigail told me to let her know how the dr visit goes and offered to help anyway I need her to.
