I have been working with a young lady by the name of Phoebe. She is absolutely phenomenal!!! From beginning to end, she gets appointments stamped, sealed and delivered!!! And I have quite a bit of appointments going on all at once and she works in everything at once until completed. Her communication skills are on point. Abigail did a good job finding a place quickly and keeping me in the loop as to what was happening. I really appreciate that. I’m not sure the facility was able to get the X-rays that the doctor needs to see my broken shoulder well. I will know that answer when I go back to the doctor on Monday. And with that question in my mind Abigail told me to let her know how the dr visit goes and offered to help anyway I need her to.Â

Yall did good. The order showed right breast, your certificate showed left. You corrected it. Then the place you sent me requested bi-lateral instead of uni-lateral and you were able to work that out. Everything seemed efficient once the confusion was addressed.
