Yall did good. The order showed right breast, your certificate showed left. You corrected it. Then the place you sent me requested bi-lateral instead of uni-lateral and you were able to work that out. Everything seemed efficient once the confusion was addressed. Employees were friendly. I waited about 45 minutes for my imaging, and as I was walking out, the doctor yelled, “You have arthritis!” Which I thought was rude.
