The overall experience was pretty good. Biggest issues were with the facility being confused all the way up till the time of appointment. They started contacting me the evening before asking how I was paying. Saying that I had no insurance and would be responsible to pay cash at time of procedure. Even after explaining and sending them a copy of my voucher. Green Imaging was very helpful in scheduling, it was just getting the facility to accept everything. The technician was great. He was very professional and explained the process to me. The traffic was horrible and I used my Google map to find meridian radiology, there were no signs outside of the building to help us find the building since we were coming from out of state. I asked for a cd, but they didn't give me one, they said they would have to burn one for me, but they took my name and address and phone number and said they would get one to me after the results were sent to my doctor next week.
