Friendly and Professional Everyone is friendly and open. You are received as a patient like your part of the family. Joy, my Hygienist was very friendly. Introducing herself talking about her children that attended the same school during the same period my children did. I never felt rushed.
We love the Greencastle staff. Dr. Jason and the entire Greencastle Dentistry staff are fantastic. They are gentle with adults and kids. They are warm and friendly. The only negative is that they often run behind schedule. Part of the reason for this is that Dr. Jason and the staff visit with each patient and really get to know you. When it is your turn in the chair, you really appreciate the personal attention.
Caring and thorough The administrative staff was informative to ensure that I understood the detailed cost of the procedure. Dr. Lee and Kim were great! I was confident that both were performing at the highest professional level. Kim worked tirelessly to finish my temp. crown procedure. She's a perfectionist which I can appreciate from someone in her profession. Thanks to all.
Caring and Professional Even though I did not have a scheduled appointment, Dr Lee and staff came to the rescue when the crown came off on New Years Day! I was able to come in Monday morning. They took care of everything, put my permanent crown in and I was good to go! Great way to treat patients!
Highly recommended Dr. Lee! I recently took my 3 year old to Dr. Lee for several fillings. Dr. Lee put my son completely at ease and was very gentle. It was a very positive experience, When we were leaving his appointment, my son told me, "that was fun, mommy!" I would highly recommend this office!
