Greencastle Dental Service was excellent. I lost a filling on Tuesday; called and made appointment on following Thursday at 3 P.M. I walked out of the office at 3;37 P. M pain-free and well satisfied.
Always courteous/professional. I have been a patient of the "Dr. Lee's" for roughly 45 years, and still going!!!

Very professional and friendly staff I can't be any more pleased with the staff. They take care to make sure you're comfortable and not in pain as you're being treated. They talk you through the steps assuring you along the way so you know what's going on and how far they are. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Lee and his staff.
Professional and kind I came in for a cleaning and X-rays today. Jennifer was very friendly and professional. She put me very much at ease from the time I came in until I left. I had bleach trays done that weren't scheduled. Harriette came right in and completed that without a problem. Again very friendly and professional. Fantastic staff- I love that everything is explained in a way I can feel comfortable that I know exactly what procedures are going to be performed, why, and what future procedures will be on the horizon. I like that I can ask for clarification without feeling like I'm bothering the folks taking care of me. I have had the best experiences with Dr. Lee and Dawn. I recommend Greencastle whenever someone asks for a heads-up for a dentist.

Absolutely loved the treatment, hated the lengthy wait I got into a bad mood while waiting past my appointment time to see the dentist. However, when I finally got back and received the treatment I was quickly converted into a fan. Dr. Norman Lee was very gentle and professional as was his assistant. Guess I was converted from this being my first and final visit into a patient who wouldn't go anywhere else.
