RecommendedNice job yesterday Nate in taking care of our 2015 Honda Pilot with a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and an excellent free vehicle wash to go along with it. The shuttle service was great as well....Carol was super nice and carried me back and forth to work with ease. Although you might not typically see Hondas in your service area I think I might have found a great place to get our routine maintenance done without the hassle of the larger dealerships. The young men who helped me were very courteous and helpful. And as always, the check out service was great. The young ladies at the little window are always pleasant and friendly.

The total price each time was lower than several other Acura dealers in more than three states. The new Car manager quote an OTD price with no hassle and no phone tag. Recommended RecommendedI bought an '08 RDX at a used car dealer. After 3 different places couldn't figure out why it kept throwing codes, I decided to take it to the 'real' Acura dealership. The folks at Crown finally got it figured out. It was a bit more complex than expected. Nate, in the service department, kept me well-informed, and explained everything that was going on. I'll be bringing it back to Crown for all needed service from now on.
RecommendedI purchased my Acura MDX on Halloween actually. Dealer and my sales person Pam was very nice and customer service friendly. They worked well with my credit union which was out of state. Only thing I wish i did was ask more about how to use my GPS. That's mostly my fault because I figured i could get it. I would buy from them again in the future.
