❌❌❌Stay away from this place! We purchased my son a vehicle a a month ago. Last week we had to replace a control arm and a cv axle which was $2,080.00. I reached out to the GM Mr. Scarbrough and he was a total asshole. He didn’t want to take ownership of selling us a piece of junk. We then went over Mr. Scarborough’s head and was later refunded the $2,080.00. Mr Scarbrough emails me stating it was a goodwill payment and Crown Acura will not be responsible for any additional problems with the vehicle. Fast forward to yesterd... read more

What a rip-off! I took my car in to the service department and told them exactly what the problem was when they wrote it up. Then, they proceeded to keep my car for 2 hours and charge me $200 just to tell me the part was on back-order. They also tried to tell me my battery is bad just to try to get me to spend more money with them. They've lied to me numerous times over the years. I'm done with them.😡😡🤬

Recently had a horrible experience with Crown Acura! I have filed a formal complaint about the experience with their service department and the unprofessional attitude with their service manager. The GM spoke with me and told me I could call the 800 number but all complaints come back to him. I’ve done my research and went above the GM. Terrible service ! I got called to buy my MDX, they gave me an offer, when we got there, they wanted to give me 5,000 less, arguing they got the wrong Millage on their end. They were rude and arrogant. They know nothing on how to treat a costumer. At the end they were the ones calling me to buy my car.

Service manager Karen Hinshaw hates her job and takes it out on customers. She also likes calling her customers a smart a** and thrives on taking advantage of people who don’t know a lot about cars. Just lost a 3 loyal customers who’s been using crown for all their service needs since 2018 when the vehicle was purchased. To top it off, my mother spoke with the general manager and he said that she can complain but it’ll only come back to him and he isn’t going to do anything about it.

I purchased my ILX brand new November 2020. The sales department was amazing but the service department I would not recommend for nothing. I went there the first Monday in July because a piece of my dashboard is coming off. I spoke with the manager and he took all of my information and told me that he would order the part. He stated it may be a couple of weeks because of back orders. My husband called back weeks later and the wrong part was ordered and the manager stated someone would call when the right one came in. ... read more

Took my car to get serviced. Had an appointment and still had to wait 2 or more hrs. They suppose give full service but instead they left fingerprints all over my hood and doors. Crown is very unprofessional!!
