Never will I go back! This place is a joke! Looking to trade to get Greensboro off my paperwork!!! Took 3 weeks to get my paperwork! Never got the same answer from the two that I dealt with! My calls were screened so I couldn’t talk to management! But it’s ok …. I just called other Acura dealerships! Lesson learned!!!
Took our MDX in first thing Monday morning. It's now Wednesday afternoon and they won't respond to request for information. Called 3 hours ago and was told they would call back. Nothing. Take your car to a more responsive repair shop.
I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2023 Acura TLX from Greensboro Acura. The salesman (Brett) was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything went as expected until we started talking numbers. From this point forward Brett and Russel (the finance guy) went out of their way to make things confusing and ultimately tried and halfway succeed in selling services that I did not want or need. This dealership is an absolute joke and I promise I will be taking steps to make sure of their negligence and dishonesty. I would not ever recommend going to this dealership for any of your vehicle needs. I will be seeking legal advice to resolve my issue with the sales and service that this unprofessional, untrustworthy liars that work here. Dana Roberts
