Always happy with the service except for the last time that I had my brakes done. Had to return it because the bolt came out of the rear brakes. Thanks to Kenny Lawrence for getting me in so the it could be taken care of. Thank you Rick ONEil
Service advisor was very polite and personable. Went in for oil change,but ended up needing front brakes. He worked with me to allow me to pay with 2 forms of payment so I could afford to go ahead and take care of it right then. Very helpful.
My service writer was very helpful and explained what was going on. Steve is my service writer and he always does a good job .
New place is nice and organized but service advisor Karen was outstanding!
