Juan was great. Very attentive and he also followed up on concerns. I purchased the warranty and asked him a couple of times to send the warranty information from the finance guy but I finally got it by contacting Preston. I loved the service but not the lack of understanding and information.

The car was taken on time. The discount offered was oil change, rotate tires, replace wipers and wash car. Upon arrival I was told they couldn't change wipers due to special order and when the car was picked up it wasn't washed
Nice new facility, reasonable price for wirk performed and service advisor was excellent. Tall young gentleman and i am sorry i can't recall his name. I dont have any negatives and will go back when next service due. Thanks
