I had an appointment for an oil change and everything went very well - my service advisor, Kurtsie Dehaven, was very pleasant and efficient. My car was taken for service on time and my wait time was reasonable. I will use Greensboro Honda for service again.

Rob has the absolute best attitude and was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Tess was equally fantastic and answered all my questions.
