A mistake was made replacing my oil drain plug. It damaged my engine, but they stood behind it and replaced my entire engine at no cost to me. It was done in a timely fashion. Kirstie and Zack were excellent. Even the guy, Joe, who came to my house to clean up the oil in my garage was great.
