This was the first time I visited, and I was warmly greeted and reassured my flat tire could be patched and ready to go in 45 minutes. My car was ready on time, and the charge was extremely reasonable. The service advisor has followed up to make sure everything is okay.
Overall; the service was good. The waiting time was little less that normal time.
The service was prompt and the wait was not excessively long. Kurstie, the salesperson who assisted me was professional, courteous and explained things to me and clearly answered my questions. I was very pleased with the service on my vehicle and my interactions with Kurstie.
My service advisor was KURSTIE. She was very thorough with explaining my service needs. The mechanic, Hieu, really cares about doing the job well and right. My experience with Greensboro Honda service was very positive.
