4th or 5th car purchase from them. Bought a new Odyssey and a used CR-V. No second key CR-V not even an offer. It took multiple calls, texts and emails to get our paperwork. I finally had to make a second trip, where I was told "end of month delays," etc. and someone re-notarized our title transfer on the CR-V. Qualified recommendation. Not the experience we expected or were used to.
