I had to wait a little bit longer than normal, but after all he was all right
Janis was the best part of our whole experience. He was very informative and professional. He sent videos of the vehicle and made sure it was clean and ready. The dealership matched the quote i was given for my trade and everything went smoothly. Janis was on top of it and explained in detail questions i had. I've had an issue getting proof that it is a certified pre-owned vehicle, which is a finance dept thing, but Janis is still pursuing it and i feel sure a resolution is on the horizon.
