Too much up sale going on. Rarely do you get out of there under &1,000 suggested. I have 2 cars that I get serviced there, I didn't feel taken advantage of with Crown. So the verdict is still out for me.
All the service I needed was done in a timely manner. Had some recommendation that I had already taken care of and had the option to decline.
My experience was great. Riley explained what was done to my vehicle and answered my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate the customer service he provided.
My Service associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I am very happy with the service I received at this dealership. I have been coming back to this Honda dealership for all of my work on my Pilot.
