I apologize for my questioning your diagnosis of the problem with my car. I did get a second opinion and the head gasket was blown. I was just very upset over the problem. I'm sorry.
I enjoyed my experience at Greensboro Honda very well. The customer service was excellent. They evaluated my vehicle and explained why I needed to have the repairs done. The price overall was reasonable. I received a loaner car to drive while they serviced the car. I was a happy customer.

The service was as expected. I had an appointment and they took me on time and completed the service as expected - no complaints. However I did have some questions about dealer warranty and complimentary service that they did not answer. I requested a call back - but so far no response.
I went in to have two prepaid services performed. The services were done guickly and I was not pressured to have other services done.
Felipe is my go-to service advisor at Greensboro Honda. Since I got this car, he's been super knowledgeable about the warranty services I purchased. I hit a pothole during my first week at a new job, Felipe worked with my warranty company to get my vehicle towed to the dealer for repair and I didn't have to miss much work at all. I highly recommend this service department, as well as Felipe as your advisor!
