I received excellent service from Delrus my service writer who went out of his way to accommodate my changing requirements on what I wanted done on my vehicle during my visit as well as the quality to which it was done.
Greensboro Honda worked well with me, considering I'm in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy. However, the service afterwards is where my 3 comes from. The check engine light came on and they looked at my car, but it was a little gaming when getting it fixed. (they don't have Buick car technicians) They didn't add my plates and sticker to my total cost, which caused a $350 cost a couple months later. Also, I was told I had to sign up for electrical insurance right then, but that wasn't true.
The guy who helped me kept in touch with me throughout the day giving me updates and gave me a reasonable price for extra things I needed done.
Friendly staff. We bought a car and was in and out quickly.
I always get the best service at Honda. I had Jason Cappo as my adviser and he was excellent. He was very attentive to all my needs and answered my questions.He got my service done in a timely manner.
