At the urging of my dying battery, I called Greensboro Honda at 4:45pm to see if they could install a new battery right away. I talked to Service Rep Steve, who said yes. I drove my 2007 CR-V directly to the shop, found Steve, and had a new battery by the 6pm closing time. It was pricey ($200+) but I wasn't complaining, since Steve & GSO Honda came to my rescue when I needed them. Thanks, guys!
Quick, easy and kept me well informed
Brought my car in for inspection and service without an appointment and was out within 2 hours. Gave me plenty of time to watch a bit of TV, walk through their showroom and check out all the new hybrids, and enjoy the Greensboro artwork on their walls. Thomas showed me the new system that takes pics from every angle as you drive into the service bay which is hi-res so you can zoom in without pixel distortion.

everyone was very helpful and friendly and especially Senior sales consultant Brandon Dyson . I was wondering about the 23 honda I bought from you. there seems to be a missing rubber mat below the radio that a cell phone can lay and be charged. do I need to purchase this or is that provided with the car? also does the radio and/ or the display monitor need a code if the battery goes down? thank you for help
