Great service and staff and love the new building
I liked the new innovative design and technology at Greensboro Honda. The service advisor was able to show me what it looked like under my vehicle. The technology also scans for scratches, dents and dings. I scheduled an appointment but waited for 3 hours though and didn't like that but also went on a Saturday and they were busy.

customer service was fabulous. I love the new place. My service was quick and precise.
I liked the service tech. He was nice and really attentive to the needs of my car. I spent around 3 to 4 hours in the service dept. I have a lot of things done to my car and he kept me up to date every step of the way.
Felipe is awesome. Excellent! It did take a bit longer than normal, but it was fine. Felipe is extremely attentive to us and gave us a lot of options around the service recommendation. I drive one hour to your location, because I know I am going to get a quality attention

I like the expediency and professional service overall. I also like recommending after market parts that will save me money when the difference in quality or performance to Honda parts is minimal.
