First time to this service dept..Micky was my service man and he was very good. I was in on a recall. He ordered the part and called me when it came in. Got it fixed the next morning. The work was done and even washed my Murano. Look so clean and shiny. Mickey walked be to my vehicle and thanked me for coming. He was very polite and friendly....and I did appreciate him helping me get this recall done.
Customer service is great! I love my 2016 nissan sentra and Crown Nissan always take great care of my car.
Because Ray Staylor was superior, and a reflection of his service generated throughout his staff. I proactively posted on my FB home page that he is the BEST!!! I am grateful for the physical labor, but am more grateful for the excellent, 5-star, customer care! He took CARE of my car and myself, never leaving me until he was confident that I was OK. Thanks. Crowned is blessed to have him!!! By the way, he is very understanding and is a people person. No need to be mean to him, because all he wants to do is help! :)
I can't remember the guy that helped me but he went above and beyond. He told me about a recall on my Nissan Altima and I told him my husband will be back in. He understood that I had to get to work n had no sleep(hospital employee). He was new and asked me to be patient with him and of course I would cause he was like a son. Thanks for the service!
