I made an appointment and I was taken right away, and my service was completed in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand and I appreciate that.

I like they got my car in fast but I don't like the fact I was told I would get a courtesy vehicle and never got it so I was charge for the worker for taking me home and picking me back up !
