Excellent service technician very helpful
The technicians were knowledgeable and addressed all of my issues in a timely manner. However, one thing I was just satisfied about was that they charge you for using a credit card.
Service person was great and informative
Unsure why car was acting up, I was frustrated honestly after bringing the car in 4 weeks ago for its Safety Inspection. Still, the team listened, fixed my car in a timely fashion, and got it back on the road.
Like the cost of service with the special discount.
Service Manager Sean and Destiny were both vey professional. Repair was completed and I am satisfied with the done. I will continue to take my car to Greensboro Nissan for all work and repairs.
Friendly & professional staff
They took my car as soon as I arrived but it took almost 2 hours for an oil change but they discounted my service.
