Car not properly inspected on previous visits and then told that my vehicle need 1000.00 work of work during a routine oil change.
The Service Lady Was Very helpful.
Thank you for the oil change and checkup of my car. I very much appreciated the friendliness, knowledge, and explanations of the gentleman who checked me in and out. I believe his name was perhaps Mike. When I come to Greensboro Nissan I am both surprised and confused by the high number of things recommended and definitely by the very high costs of those things.
Everything went well. I only went for a State inspection. That was a simple trip.
Destiny was very attentive to my concerns. The work was done in a prompt and complete fashion. Over all, a very good experience. Very good communication, too! See you next time!
Wait time was a bit long ,but overall service was acceptable I would truly recommend thus department
