Quick, courteous and professional service in an emergency situation
Service department fixed the air conditioning very pleased but when it comes to the fist problem I had with the air bag they checked with three junk yards because Nissan doesn't make the wiring harnesses anymore for a 2013 Nissan rogue so buyer beware ask if they are still making parts anymore for any used car they ghosted me and have not even called to tell me they are not helping with that problem anymore I guess because I guess just make sure you record everything they tell you I would have been better off buying from a j... read more
I had to come back to the dealership and have the service done again, as it was done correctly the first time. In my frustration Nissan was offering me a extended warranty for my vehicle , and since my mind was in disappointment of return service. I forgot to inquire about the extended warranty. So I'm disappointed to say the least. I was still treated respectfully as a a customer which was great Paul Durham

You (Nissan of Greensboro) allowed a third party contractor to charge me $411.00 for a 12" caulk job, with only a one year warranty on a vehicle that was suppose to last much longer than that. I guess Nissans trucks are meant for short term use. My frontier has less than 25,000 miles, I am still making payments and the roof leaks, the roof leaks. No other brand has that problem. thanks Nissan for standing behind your product
