My car was put in for service twice and issue was not resolved my engine light kept coming on only to talk to service manager who assured me it's fixed and it was not only to take it Chevrolet to find out my engine had a major problem

I have purchased my vehicles in the past from here, now that I purchased a used vehicle, i have paid for services before my first car payment. I have been paying for services that should have been checked before vehicle was sold. Then the service department didn't even offer any service for my flat tire other than putting on a my spare . I had to go one street over to get my tire patched and put back on. I will go else where for my vehicle services from now on.

More than five days wait for repair and charged for shuttle. Brakes seemed softer after the repair of the ABS module.

I took my vehicle in to check the battery (a Nissan battery). Along with an oil change and recommendation on the blinking airbag light. The vehicle had experienced a dead battery about 5 days before this and was jumped off. I could not find the date on the battery but it did say 24 month free replacement and 84 month warranty- like I said it was a Nissan battery. They said it tested fine.
