Once again, this service department let me down. Needed a part- was told it will be there in the morning. Receive a text that it hadn't arrived- Cool- lucky for me. I hadn't driven the 30 minutes to the dealership. The next day- arrive at 7:30 am. They let me sit there for 4 hours before they come to me and say- they hadn't even started the repairs on my vehicle!! Smh!! I have owned 5 Nissans in the last 25 years and for the first time, my next new car purchase will NOT be a Nissan!!
I have had the car 11 days and driven less than 130 miles and it's in the shop. I can't drive it. You said you put on computer to check it out. I asked twice what was wrong with it and you said it was OK. I should have known something was wrong when you told me several times that y'all were not responsible once we left. I feel like I've been scammed. No way to treat a 85 year old lady on social security. So I've spent all my money for a car I can't drive and can't afford to fix.
Didn't rotate my tires and tried to sell me a battery when I purchased a new battery 3 months ago.
They didn't fix everything that I came in for to be fix and had to come back because the didn't check there work to make sure everything was working properly

Apparently they sell you on something and then when you need it they give you excuses why it's not what was sold and they don't tell you exactly what you're getting
Every time I take my car it's always something wrong and the services are no longer affordable. The last two times that I went no greeted me , I had to wait. Before everyone was so friendly.
The advisor (Mike) was and is always helpful. However, I do not know what happened with the mechanics since the change over to "Greensboro Nissan". Their service has gone down the drain. I had to bring my car back twice because first time the tires were not balanced. The second time, the alignment was not aligned correctly. This was from one visit.
There was no antifreeze in my vehicle that was no windshield wiper fluid in my vehicle and there was no brake fluid in my vehicle you can do all that checking but you cannot tell me that I did not have the fluids in my vehicle you were about to tear up my engine this is the worst service that I've ever received
