I took my vehicle twice to have front headlamps replace which were covered on recall and an oil change which was done each time my car was there all day the 1st day work wasnt done 2nd day car was kept over night work wasnt done until the following day then they had to locate my vehicle Very hard to get through over the phone, since ownership changes over its not the same
Did not ask them to run my credit 7 different times. I specifically said if I cant get it on the first try its no problem. I came in knowing what my position was but even though my salesman was amazing I hate finance department workers b/c they will just keep trying to put you in a car that youre not all that happy about. They dont care about you saving money they care about the sale.
Too Expensive! More than half value of vehicle for emissions issue.
Had to trade the Nissan for something else after 2 months. Nissan would not fix the incorrect VIN they entered on the paperwork. Got tired of going to the dealership and talking to employees. Just DONE!!!!!
I had an appointment and was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait. I was there for 3.5 hours and the part they needed, they didnt have. Once the part came in I was asked to schedule another appointment and was told, the technician said it would only take a couple of minutes, so you shouldnt be here long. The next weekend I scheduled the appointment for 9:30am. I got there at 9am to allow for extra time, if needed. I did not leave the service area until after 11am. UNACCEPTABLE.
Had to wait three and half hours for an oil change Nobody should ever have to wait that long for an oil change. I was watching some of your customer come and go , which made me even more upset. Im seriously thinking of NOT returning to your service department. So that is why I gave the rating I did. Thank you Kenneth March
The car doesnt work just brought it and debar inc is now trying to extort more money saying they will fix it the transmission is the problem and it cost $5000.00 after paying $9000.00 talk about the inconvenience and horrible service demands and treatment as a woman who also gave a 2015 Chevy Malibu not excluding the police he called to be more horrible and in some kind of anger towards me
