Somebody from Greensboro Nissan needs to call me about the slack service I got.
Terrible customer service.
I had an appointment for a simple oil change and rotate on my rogue. Was there for over an hour and a half. They didn't put back on a valve stem cap and who knows what else they forgot to do. Just a terrible experience. The advisor could care less when I mentioned my concern on taking too long. Bad customer service and bad experience along with untrustworthy work done. Sad that this happened at a dealership.
Mileage reported incorrect. The correct mileage was 76,300.
Servuce nit as fruendly as it used to be
They suggested for me to have my spark plugs changed. I agreed to it and waited to find out about a hour later they DID NOT have the spark plugs for my car!
Paid for a tire rotation and it was NOT done. (Easy to see, one of my tires is not the same as the other 3).
I took my truck in to iit checked. I was promised a call the next morning on the status. I was never called, so I called them. My truck was not to be found in the system anywhere. The reason way was that I was not checked in when I went. As, the service advisor was very unfriendly and did not communicate well.
Terrible service. All of the lug nuts on my Titan fell off the next day which resulted in a broken wheel stem. The oil pan covering was missing a screw and the other one was loose. My issue is still not resolved. I am a Disabled Veteran and I haven't heard from the GM on any compensation from missing my trips. Buy your Nissan from another Dealer or purchase another model which has great customer service.
