Clearly do not care about their tenants. Endangered my roommate by improperly handling a domestic abuse situation. Refused to acknowledge any records of either of us terminating our lease two years ago. Continued onward by charging each of us for debt that we don't owe. Failed to even inform us of the said money that we owe. And then - when we reached out - they told us that they couldn't help us and to only report to the collectors. I highly recommend that you do not sign with this property management. They won't listen t... read more

They (RentSFNow, Greentree Property Management, Veritas) took PPP money earmarked for small businesses impacted by covid-19, they are worth 3 BILLION dollars. These people don't care about you, they care about making more money at any cost.

I've been a tenant for 10 years and have nothing good to say about this company since it took over my building. I'm in the process of moving out because the bedroom ceiling has been a disaster for almost 2 years. I first submitted repair requests in 2018 without response. I repeated the request in 2019. They responded, but no action was taken. Now I have been informed that 1) the damage was caused by the apartment above me and that 2) the ticket was closed because the damage was repaired. Let me respond. 1) There is no apar... read more

Couple of the units have been remodeled and a lot of improvements are being done on our building. But lately the construction workers they hire always parked in front of our building and leave trails of nails and screws on the side street where I park at night. I’ve had to fix my tires 12 times now and it cost money. While it’s not directly Green Tree’s fault the people they hire should be more responsible on how they handle their job. Keep their tools intact and don’t leave trails of nails and screws they might’ve fallen ou... read more

They charge $125 if you forget your key in your apartment get locked out, or tell you to contact a locksmith. They can't just come help you get in. Greedy and ridiculous. Not going to lease another property from Greentree or RentSF, I pay $3150/month. LSeven charge the same if not less and do simple things like this FOR FREE. Not to mention the building manager got all upset when I asked him for help getting in.

By far the worst property management company in the bay area. There is no communication between their residents and the office. I have made many service requests that have gone unanswered and ignored for months. They won't fix anything and if they do their team breaks your property when in the unit, never trust their maintenance in your home if you want garbage to be left behind and them leaving electrical equipment out for your children to get ahold of. I had my tv broken, couch broken and paint on my furniture due to their... read more
