It was never great and ever since the new landlord it has gone worst the elevator or always broke and filled with trash, it's had eggs rotten for a week already inside, the permit for the elevator hasn't been renew since 2015 one time the fire department had to come and get me and my dog out, the ligths in the hallways have not been changed, the building itself it's starting to smell, I've already got 3 packages stolen in a month and you guys won't let me see the footage of the cameras, I order my bathroom door to get fix... read more
Incompetent landlord and packages being constantly stolen from the freaking lobby. Of course no one knows anything even tho there is a camera pointing right at the lobby. Seriously bring back the old landlord, he wasn't as terrible.

Should be called Lucifer instead of GreenTree. I work incredibly hard to pay the exorbitant rents they continue raise every few months on us. I would appreciate sleeping in on weekends but the CONSTANT construction wakes me up each and every weekend morning. After being woken up by hammering and sawing the last 4 Saturdays, I finally decided to fight the devil.
Communication is difficult, I called twice this morning and was hung up on the first time. Records aren't updated efficiently and the Management company just bought our building from private owners...needless to say first thing they did was raise our rent
Green Tree should take care of the problem in their proerty at 2629 Mission. There is no garbage shoot so the tenanst just live all their garbage in the hallways and it so insanitary there are mice and roaches in the apartment
I rented a furnished studio from Rent SF Now. I have no issue with them or the apartment. Everything was great until I moved out. I did not know when I signed my lease that I would be dealing with Greentree Property Management (or else I would have shied away, given the reviews). A couple weeks after I moved out, I made a courtesy call to ensure they had the proper address for my deposit to be returned and to find out when the check would be arriving. Do what ever you can as a citizen of San Francisco to protest any purchase by Green Tree Property Management of any building within the city and county of San Francisco. At the moment, I am most disturbed that since, the purchase of the building which I have lived in for twenty three years, that the behavior and misconduct of those who are employed by Green Tree Property Management had not changed.
