This is my 4th time using Greg Runyon in 4 years! I have been in the mortgage industry for 12 years and I keep coming back to Greg because he's reliable, trustworthy, efficient, and exceeds all expectations. I just bought a new house and we had a very tight close of escrow. He still managed to get my loan closed 12 days early!!!! Greg is a rock star and is making dreams come true every day!

We refinanced our home with the excellent help of Greg Runyon. We also used NFM Lending when we purchased the home 2 years ago. Greg always responded promptly and knew the answers to our questions before we even asked them. He walked us through the application process which can sometimes be confusing when doing it on line. Greg is a wizard. Unless you have something against wizards. Then he isn't that. Genie? Magic Man? Whatever you want to call him, he was able to help us out with our unique situation as a business owner and was on top of the process from day 1. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a purchase or refinance. Plus, if your loan is really easy to get done, it will help balance out how crazy ours was, so that'd be nice for his emotional balance.
