Gretta, and her assistant Makayla, were awesome people to work with for the refinancing process. I worked with Gretta on the purchase of my home originally and she did very well with that process, so going with her on the refinance made a lot of sense.

I had initially started my mortgage application process with another lender. Couple of weeks into the process, I came to a halt.
