Greta went out her way to work with our extremely difficult bank to make our refi happen. I would recommend her without reservation. She answered a multitude of questions, adjusted things as needed, and even, when required by my stupid lender, sent things by SNAIL MAIL.

Greta did a great job not only with explaining details (with loan jargon...), but most importantly she was always prompt with returning my calls/emails, even on a late Friday night.
