Greta went out her way to work with our extremely difficult bank to make our refi happen. I would recommend her without reservation. She answered a multitude of questions, adjusted things as needed, and even, when required by my stupid lender, sent things by SNAIL MAIL.
They always responded to my emails within 24 hours with quotes and accurate estimates to give me the most confidence when looking at a house. They also gave me the best deal among all the lenders I looked at. I would totally recommend them to all my friends and family!
Greta did a great job not only with explaining details (with loan jargon...), but most importantly she was always prompt with returning my calls/emails, even on a late Friday night. Very happy with her service and helping me understand my options when it came to a mortgage.
