We are always impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. both the leasing office and maintenance staff are responsive and respectful of the communities needs. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Grey's Harbor at Lake Norman. The grounds are kept immaculately, it's a pleasure to drive in the gate after a long day and know that my I, my wife and daughter reside in such a lovely setting. Thank You!

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! WORST COMPLEX EVER!!!!!!! I’ve been a resident for a year now and absolutely cannot wait to move!! There has been crime here almost every single night for the past few months… shootings, cars being broke into EVERY NIGHT, cars being stolen, drugs, down to a dead body that was found right outside of my building. As nice as these apartments are, they’re definitely not worth moving into! Especially if you have children! Besides that , maintenance is THE WORST as well. Terrible Management I did a simple roommate release and they tried to kick me out of my apartment. I got to the bottom of it and found out the property manager was lying to me and once I caught her in the lie she stopped responding to my emails. The entrance gate has also been broken for 6 months so it is extremely unsafe. Wouldn't ever rent here again.

Verified Renter Worst experience I have had so far, from the application process, the lack of communication and professionalism is disturbing. Being fined for something I wasn't made aware of, which I should have been given a tour and a breakdown of the rules on my move in date, and I was just given keys and signed paper work and I was in my own. The mgmt office staff seems to be incapable of helping or rectifying any wrong on their part

Verified Renter Horrible! Office staff does not answer phones and provide no help whatsoever to the residents. Maintenance is even worst. It takes more than a week after multiple requests are made to get anything fixed.
