Verified Renter I moved here from another State and was very pleased with the beautiful grounds, my apartment layout and updates. Just down the road from Beautiful Birkdale Village and I always find Parking right in front of my unit.

New Management (Horrible New Manager ) Grey Harbor at Lake Norman has changed names but the manager that is there now is the worst, in order for this property to get back on track they need to find a manager that cares. All of the residents that I have spoken with has stated that we should get together and contact the news station and maybe then the management company will make the appropriate change and get a manager that really works and value residents.
Mold mold mold Mold Hidden freaking Mold! Making my family sick! No help! Maintenance sucks!
Wish I could post pictures... -1 star I’ve been here a month and have gotten very sick. Even hospitalized long story long I noticed some black film and removed vent cover, and then examined all duct work.. FILLED with mold! I was told this does not constitute and emergency and that the issue will be addressed within the month. Office staff here is fun and awesome however maintenance is terrible! Walk through the breeze ways and find spiderwebs un-attended. Look at railings and notice the black mildew/mold. Things get bad bef... read more
Great office staff! Toured this property and found the staff to be inviting and knowledgeable. Grounds are well-maintained, pool looks enjoyable on a hot day , and apartments are nice. Lorien did a great job in giving us all the info we needed to be able to make a decision in the coming weeks. Thanks!
Don't waste your money! There are much nicer places in the area to live for the amount that you will pay at Arium. We've been trying to get out of our lease one month early to move because we are tired of paying for sub-par amenities, our air conditioner breaking every week for the last month, spiders and other bugs lining every hallway and stairway and getting inside, sketchy neighbors, dog poo everywhere, mold growing in every single window that just keeps coming back, and a couple terribly rude staff members, (not the mai... read more
Happy to be here! After an extensive search of the area, we discovered Arium Lake Norman. Our apartment is newly renovated, clean , modern ,and updated with new fixtures , stainless steel appliances and the quietest washer / dryer we have ever experienced. We are close to everything we could want or require. Moving from our home to a gated community adds a security factor that is what we were seeking. Maintenanceless I have been staying here since last 2 year. In between property has been purchased was another management. Since then things got changed. No cleaning in breezeway. Dogs poop will be find easily.there is no rule for rent increment after lease renewal and rent may increase by $200 to $300 per month. So totally money minded and not thinking about residents. Apartment and appliances are old.there is no match between rent and facilities given in property.
