Unsafe Place This has been the worst experience living somewhere in my life. Management is rude, unhelpful, and will try to charge you for everything. Unsafe: There have been multiple shootings in the area, car break-ins, and a man followed me home to my apartment and harassed me. I had to call the police and management did nothing to address the situation. Fines: They charged us for leaving our trash can for trash pick up and fined us because is was a fire hazard. Verified Renter This place was all rainbows and sunshine upon move in. After its a different story. I received a dirty apartment with a non functioning shower. Reported it 8 times and now its leaking and causing a flood in my unit and a leak in the unit below me on the roof. I plan to put in my intent to vacate soon. Unacceptable.

Bad customer service This apartment complex seems to be great until you put in your application. Bad management, misinformation, and lack of customer service. You won’t know the details of your unit until a few days before you move in, so don’t be surprised if you find out your unit is fully carpeted and not vinyl wood flooring like you were told. Not willing to work on resolutions. Don’t care about keeping tenants happy.

Verified Renter This property does not seem to care about safety of their residents. We toured in October with a promise of steps being fixed. Moved in December and they were not done. Also have two inches of foundation missing under kitchen counter top. Front door looks like someone took a hammer and went to town on it and the seal isnt correct because you can see light and feel air. They say it is cosmetics for our foundation and will work on it then fix a brick tower by entrance that was clearly only cosmetic.

Verified Renter Dont move in here! Not worth the money, security is poor (shooting on premises the weekend I moved in/management did not update), office & maintenance staff non-responsive (dont resolve issues), garbage removal is subpar...you pay for a service and compactor that arent easy to access because the area is not maintained by the property management. I live in a non-smoking building where residents are allowed to smoke and management is aware/does nothing to resolve.
