I contacted them at the end of July, they responded the next day asking for more details ... awesome! I replied within 24 hours and have never heard back from them again, it's now the end of September. We wanted an estimate on putting in a new living room floor.
I took off work to meet the company rep. We had a nice meeting and went over what needed to be done. We decided on an action plan for gutter replacement. He said he would send the estimate later that day. I never heard back with an estimate! I then contacted the company an additional two times, and they promised the rep would contact me with the estimate, and twice I never heard back on my follow up requests. They came out on April 25th for an estimate and I never heard from them again. I sent 2 emails, called and sent a couple of messages on FaceBook with no response whatsoever! Roof Repair, and a reroof.
The man came to look at our issue, climbed up on the roof and identified what he felt the issue was - took pictures and reviewed with us and everything. We were very pleased with that aspect of his work. He mentioned one of his colleagues was the expert in that area and he would have him call us in the next day or two. We never heard from them again. Disappointing. We needed someone to look at our roof as we had leaking in one of the bedrooms.

I had rain coming down near my patio door. Matt fixed the problem, stating it was my downspout. He could not get into the gutters to clean because of my leaf guards. He then volunteered to refund my money. I refused the refund. They came out and fixed the problem, so no refund was certainly necessary. I would use Gridiron Guys again in the future. unknown We needed a complete tear off and a whole new roof. Team arrived on time and finished with the tear off very fast. Problems did start after that with not enough ice guard and no vent for the bathroom (previously agreed). We were told they finally had enough ice guard for 6 feet which was promised. Vent arrived later and was installed. No repair was needed. Matt did inform me that roof will need to be replaced within 1-2 years. I live in condo so not really applicable for my personal expense. Looked at roof for leaks and shingles missing.
