They showed up on time for the extimate. They came when they said they would to do the work. Finished it quickly and when they were done they cleaned up everything. They were neatly dressed, they was no smoking or swearing. I had a new roof put on an out-building.

Bill came to give me the estimate and explain what they were going to do and he told me how they differ from the other guys. I know nothing about roofing but felt very informed about the process. The day of the job Brett showed up with his crew of about 10-15 guys. I couldn't believe how quickly they got the job done. By 2 or 3 in the afternoon, they were done and gone. The salesmanship was very professional, with a detailed quote and description of company history. I am glad that he recommended the roofing material that we selected. The workmanship was impressive and complete in one day, except for some details that were finished the next day. In fact, as they were tearing off the roof, I asked if I could replace my skylight too, which was not in the quote. They agreed and installed it for the cost of the skylight. Grid Iron Guys were fine. They came out and had everything one in a matter of 6 hours. We were very satisfied with them, but the gutter guys they brought out were terrible, which is a reflection on Grid Iron because they were the ones who contracted out. They tore off the old roof, put ice guard on, reshingled and contracted someone to put on new gutters.

Bill came out and gave the estimate. He makes sure you feel comfortable with their company and the products they use. Due to weather concerns they had to split the job into two days, which Bill actually apologized for. The clean up was so good you would have never known my roof was being worked on. They covered the landscaping where necessary. Bill also called to make sure I was satisfied with how the roof looks. We Had seen ad in local newspaper and a friend had them do their roof. We saw the work & were impressed although they asked us to let them come 1 week later, they were prompt, came with a full crew tore off & replaced total roof on house and garage & cleaned up great. Everyone was friendly, No bad language. They knew what their job was and did it. Tear off 3 layers of old roof, repaired several boards that were broken, added ice guard & new roofing & drip edges.

They arrived on a Friday morning. They began to tear off and by the end of the day had half the roof done. They returned promptly on Saturday to complete the job and do a thorough clean-up. Because there was snow on the ground Brett said they would be back when it melted to run the magnet on the bare ground in case they had missed any nails. Contractor did a great job removing old roof and installing new dimensional shingles. Remove old roof down to bare wood.

WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY KEPT THEIR WORD. OUR NAME CAN BE GIVEN AS A REFERENCE. Old roof torn off, new boards and tiles put on.
