first, they were extremely pleasant and nice to deal with on the phone. Seems to be a family company and a lot of pride within that. They showed up on time and got the work done quickly. Unfortunately, I was not there to speak to them directly, and didn't have a report to say what they did initially. Crew was punctual and professional. Potential issues were identified. Minor issues were addressed where possible. Gutters were satisfactorily cleaned and have performed well during the very wet month of June. Quote for the eventual roof replacement was very reasonable. Inspect roof and gutters. Minor fixes to roof and gutters. Cleaning gutters. Quote for roof replacement.

Bill Sr. came and provided a quote as well as details about their company. We felt very comfortable with him, his company and their quote was the best of the three we obtained. Our association board requested a sample of the shingle to be used which he brought out a separate day. The day they were to replace the roof it was one of those all day rain kind of days - I was glad they cancelled the job. The second day we were scheduled - another rainfest. Third day was the charm. I would highly recommend these guys. They were quick to respond and they were honest. They told me that my roof had some years left. They also gave me an estimate for the future to do my roof. I have to say that I was somewhat skeptical when I bought the coupon for the gutter cleaning and these guys did everything to negate my skepticism. Gridiron guys cleaned my gutters. Ditto above comments We had hail damage to our roof. The costs were fortunately covered by our homeowners insurance. Bill was great and very professional. Came out to do the estimate and returned one evening to discuss with my husband. Having had some experience with "rehab" roofers several years ago and 2 damaged tires from roofing nails! Working with the Gridiron Guys was a pleasure.

I called the company on a Tues. and the person who took the call was very easy to deal with. He said he would have someone out in the next few days to do the job; and they would call before they come. The very next day I got a knock on my door and it was the roofers asking if it was a good time for them to take a look at the problem. The said they were in the area and just took a chance I would be home, but if it was not a good time they were willing to come back. See comments on job above. There were leaks around two vent stacks on the roof. Needed gaskets replaced or resealed.Since this was a small job I was concerned that a large roofer would not want to bother. To my surprise I received a quick response to my initial call and was able to set up a date to get the repairs done.
